The ABPEH newsgroup functions as a focal point for the sharing of HR's and other approved scanners great works. Posting HR material in other newsgroups without permission is discouraged. Opening a website utilizing any of the groups material is unauthorized as it is copyright protected and for private individual viewing only. For copyright information, go here.
